Abby Johnson, LMT

Prior to graduating from Northwestern Health Sciences University School of Therapeutic Massage, Abby completed her Undergraduate degree in Psychology at University of Wisconsin - La Crosse; where she also competed in intercollegiate women's basketball.  She is an avid athlete and strongly believes massage is a wonderful adjunct to enhance athletic performance and health & wellness goals.  She currently resides in Eagan and enjoys spending time outdoors, playing any and all sports, participating in bodybuilding training and nutrition, cooking, and spending time with her family.  She is a member of American Massage Therapy Association; her therapeutic massage techniques emphasize trigger point therapy, sports massage, rehabilitative therapy, as well as relaxation massage.
