Lynn has a varied and well rounded background in fitness, wellness and massage.  Lynn holds a bachelors degree in Community Health Education, is a certified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Counsultant and a nationally certified massage therapist.  She is an avid athlete and strongly believes in using massage as a tool to create, improve and maintain health and overall wellness.

She currently resides in Eagan and enjoys running, cycling, preparing for and competing in body building events, and spending time with her family.  She is a member of American Massage Therapy Association and the National Committee of Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworkers.  Her therapeutic massage techniques emphasize trigger point therapy, rehabilitating therapy, sports massage and relaxation massage.
