Dr. Fruechtl combines traditional science and modern research with the art of healing to facilitate your body's own ability to achieve balanced health.She brings a unique passion to the practice for integrated women's health, nutrition and stress management including natural alternatives to hormonal balancing and the prevention and management of chronic disease.
Dr. Fruechtl attended Northwestern College of Chiropractic and The University of North Dakota, where she obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic and BS in Human Biology degrees Magna Cum Laude. She is a certified First Line Therapist and a certified yoga and meditation instructor.She is committed to her continuing education and has extensive training in Restorative Endocrinology, nutritional therapies, neuromuscular rehabilitation, advanced myofascial techniques, Graston Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release.
She utilizes a variety of chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Motion Palpation, Thompson Drop, Applied Kinesiololgy, SOT blocking, and the gentle Activtor. Additional diagnostics used include BioImpedence Analysis, hormone, neurotransmitter and food sensitivity testing.
Office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:30am-1:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday 1:00pm-6:00pm, and occasional Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm.
